improved health

I've tried quitting several times and hope this will be the last time. It's so frustrating to experience the same side effects over and over again. The dreadful cough in the morning and throughout the day, the tiredness, not to mention the smell! I hate the smell of cigarettes so always washed my hair every day, which resulted in psoriasis, probably due to chemicals in the shampoo, constantly having furnishings cleaned, so may hidden expenses and damage to the health. I definitely felt much better each time I stopped smoking, after a few weeks the cough abated, needless to say the smell also took a couple of weeks to fully leave my home too, my energy levels were better and I got more done. I am glad that I noticed the benefits otherwise I would have wondered why bother to give up. I find it very difficult, mostly when I'm home. I live alone now and get bored and that leads me to smoking. Throughout the day at work I rarely think of smoking and when socialising with friends I don't think of smoking either, unless there's a smoker among the group, but even then I'm not tempted. The psychological craving can hit me hard, but I'm fighting it. Twice today I almost went to buy cigarettes, but didn't . I'm on day two of no smoking and determined to make it this time.
