No Tobacco day

And here on 31st of May 2017, I quit. For a better tomorrow.Stay motivated guys.

Hiya Kush,
How awesome that you quit on World No Tobbacco Day!! Congratulations and welcome.
A lot of good people here to help out also.

Thanks everyone for your wishes and support. I am smoke-free for 4 days now and this was never that easy and actually it is not. From 40 cancer sticks to 0 I went cold turkey. Just luckily been here that day , read some stories and decided to quit and still firm on that decision.
Honestly would say that on the first smoke free day it was really pathetic to focus on work or anything which I do. Cravings were like anything even I was smoking in dreams..woke up thirsty with some chest congestion. Then drank plenty of water and rest my head to sleep.I want to tell you fellas that then n there a thought came like what is wrong with me..am I a slave to my addiction? Instead of just have a smoke and it is gonna be easy again!! that further aded to my motivation to stay away.
Going through all this I have noticed one thing is that, will is the key..WILLPOWER.
I owe big time to this forum. Keep up the good work going. Best wishes.

good on you Kush11...we are at about the same stage and it is pretty tricky. The cravings do pass hey,but they come back again and again...I guess that's a chance to beat it every time...good to notice when it's gone. I thought the morning would be hardest but it's actually tougher last in the evening, well after dinner and all the jobs done. Think I'll have a shower before bed to change the routine about...apparently over time that can help trick your brain out of the habitual desire to smoke at that time.
