If anyone can help

Hello im 29 years old in the middle of my life my career . I have been smoking for 11 years since the university . The last 2 years was horrible for me i suffered from anxiety disorder that i thought it health probleme at first and i became more anxious . I didnt know that my body would do that if im anxious so my gp started to give me anxiolitique such as dianxit then i stopped smoking for 2 month but i start again . I felt better less anxious of course bit depressed . I couldnt find the meaning of life without cigarettes everything was silly for me . I had tried to stoped more than 10 times in these 2 years . Ive tried everything ( patches , gum , magnetic around the ear ) but it failed ... my situation of anxiety became more serious . Im having now a burnout .... and it became serious they are giving me antidepressant . Im very worried and verry affraid . Is there anyone with similar experiance ??? That have quited and continue his life normaly ???

Hello Struggler. On this site there is support for those trying to quit. I think your problems are beyond what most of us can presume to be able to solve. I hope you return to your GP and that a suitable plan can be devised to help you. Wish you well.

Really sorry to hear of your anxiety disorder
but I do agree with Lia, please see your GP
for management and tell him or her
everything even the minor problems. I also
suffer anxiety but have found that since I
quit, that has improved but that is also
working with my doctor.
Nothing to be ashamed of, you just need
good monitoring.

I can guarantee you that once you kick the habbit, your anxiety will almost disappear.
I've noticed that when i quit smoking i became a lot calmer than before, my confidence also improved greatly. I now have the feeling that i can face any obstacle that life serves me.
You say that you have tried already 10 times to quit. Do not give up you are almost there!!!

When i try to stop i get better 70 percent .. but i always fail to continue . Now im reading a book for allen car hope it will be helpfull
