I have quit smoking for a few years before but was never able to fully let that part of me go if that makes sence. I have quit for 7 days now and its been tough. I am sick of smelling bad, having no money and been looked at like I'm second class. I really don't want to smoke anymore. If anyone has any pointers that would be appreciated.

Hi Simmo,
That proves once again that the real challenge to overcome is not the physical craving but the psychological craving.
I believe that until you think about cigarettes and your mouth waters, you have not quit for good yet.
That is why we have to educate ourself as much as we can about smoking and to break the illusion that smoking gives us something.
You've quitted once, you can do it again Simmo this time for good.
