I am nearly 6mnths quit from smoking. I could still pick up a cigarette today but it is becoming easier to make the choice not to. Positives is I am fitter I do regular exercise and sport and have put on a healthy 6ks that I needed to. I have more energy which I need to be a good nurse. It is never easy to comity to something like quoting smoking but I am starting to see the rewards.

Nicotene itself is harmless. The real addiction is to the harsh chemicals within. Thats why replacement therapy is useless
