Getting married

I have been a smoker for 24 years. The whole time I have smoked I have always wanted to give up. I have done everything in my power to stop smoking cigarettes completely. I have managed to cut down. I have always had the desire & drive & ambition & motivation & determination & discipline & resilience to overcome & conquer cigarettes for good for the rest of my life. I have never lost hope and I have never ever given up on giving up smoking cigarettes. I am getting married in April this year I think it is the right & best time for me to give up smoking cigarettes for good for the rest of my life now. I know I will be the happiest & the healthiest & the wealthiest person I have ever been when I take this giant faith.

So Clevergirl, what are you waiting for? I am up to 647 days quit after erring for 45 years. That day on the 30th May 2015 after depositing 5 cigarettes in the ash tray one Sat morning I stumbled across BigJons post on this site. He called his craving Margaret Thatcher. I decided that was the perfect name for my craving. From that moment to this I had to use expletives to make her desist. It worked. She was so devious and would try to get me to light up and celebrate a success period. Even in my slumber she returned and had me chain smoking only for me to awake and discover it was not real. Those addictive ingredients in cigarettes are a challenge but can be beaten. Please read posts on this site, both recent and those from the past. Meanwhile give yourself a payrise in the vicinity of $200 per week.
