Money wasted

So, got my credit card statement today so thought I'd divvy it up and see where all the money's going. Spending at least $520+ every month on cigarettes!!!!! Not happy with that, so a great incentive to hang onto that money. Cannot wait til I'm a full month smoke free. So keen this time, fingers crossed all goes to plan.

Hey Jude's 20 days for the wife and I and I did the sums last night, $450 saved so far and my "tightness" will over power any smoking urge.

Good onya Judes...make the money u save prisoners in your wallet not in the government coffers.
PaulP...I like your way of logic....tightness...
$450 in 20 days, yes its alot, so hopefully your wife n yourself can set yourselves up a goal, and spend your "tightness".

Starting Monday I've chosen to do 4 days at work, due to being older & pretty much over working....life's too short to be stuck at a desk. In future if I succeed & I will, I'll still be on the same money but working a day less to do the things I want to do. Without the fags!!!! Not sure if that makes sense but to me it does. Quit the cigs, get a day not having to get up & go to work.....brings me to the same income. Who knows? I'll still be poor, but happier I'm sure. My puppies need me & I'll have more time to indulge in my art.

Why don't you give yourself a $520 payrise a month. Bet your boss can't match that. Think about it.
