Merry Christmas everyone, I smoked for 33+ yrs and am now 1171days smoke and nicotine free, so keep going on the journey it's worth it and it does get easier every day.

Stay strong,it's not easy but it gets easy, every day you get through you get stronger for the next day and so on.
