On the other side

In May 2016 I had a major heart attack - long story short; died, but resuscitated. Complicated open heart surgery followed (CABGX4) now on the mend. Fortunately I had given up smoking for almost five years (after being a chain smoker for Fifty five years). The only reason I made it through was that my systems had had enough recovery time after five years, for me get through it all. So Quit now to start putting some brownie points in the bank - smoking WILL kill you, so your only hope of survival is how well you can recover from being a smoke. I sincerely hope you have enough time to make a difference.

All the best Pall. Sorry to hear it mate. I too smoked for 52 years and quit 4and half mths back. Feel better without them. Cheers.

Hi PallMall. Welcome to the land of the living. So good to be here with you. When we were younger we were bullet proof. Just as well we woke up.
