Day 1 of giving up smoking

im only taking 1 champix a day and just fighting of the urges to smoke.

i need to give up i have a 10 month old son and trying for another baby.

i dont want my kids to grow up without a dad that killed himself with smokes nor do i want them to smoke.

I CAN DO THIS!!

I'm on day 8 and you will find it gets easier once you take the full dose. Chew gummy-bears when the nicotine urge gets to you. Best of luck!
