To was great woke up feeling extra motivated. I had absolutely nothing on the agenda today. housework was finished by 7am kids were off to school at 8.30 so I figured I'm out of here and off for a 6k walk I went loved it! I was amazed by the amount of people out and about just strolling round a beautiful forest, riding there bikes and walking dogs and people running that track without getting puffed that is my next goal.

I stumbled across a mums group they meet everyday and do a fitness class every morning I joined in thinking this will be awesome, by the end of the 45 minute sessions I was watching the clouds in the sky pretty sure I was having a heart attack... I am working on rectifying my cardio..

Hi Bec how good is it to be out and about first thing in the morning. Feels like you have joined the land of the living again. Feels like you have released the handbrake and can finally put your mind and body into gear and go in a new direction. Well done for getting out there. X
