Well hello there everyone.....i just wanted to know if anyone else on here had used Zyban to help quit? Im 42yo and was told 6 days ago that i have early emphysema.....so 6 days ago i put down the ciggies and not picked them back up since....i have been on Zyban now for 6 days also and am having some weird side effects including manic moods, impulsive behaviour and my brain is foggy, is this my body getting used to the meds or is it me withdrawing from ciggies? Any advice would be appreciated...cheers
Hi Lisamarie. Never took Zyban as I went cold turkey. However I can almost totally identify with these withdrawal symptoms. One by one they will become less and eventually disappear in the main. Good luck and keep posting
Thank you i feel much better now...it turned out to be the prednison i was on that caused the symptoms....19 days smoke free woohoo!
