I went to emergency room last night...my entire intestinal tract from liver to esophagus is failing...I had been vomiting and diarrhea for 2 months..I was also drinking alcohol daily and am on 24 hrs off....so wanna let that withdrawal tear me down first then put the smokes down for good..

You really can do anything you put your mind too, will it be easy? Hell no, not all the time but if you really want it .. then grab it with 2 hands.
