Day 17! yesterday was the worst! Both my husband and I are not smoking and Day 16 we each made the other cry! I am so sensitive right now. The first week was easy compared to this emotional roller coaster I am on! Anyway, I am not going to smoke. In truth, I am already noticing improved breathing, my voice is better....I am a singer...more energy and more active. I am feeling more confident....if I can quit smoking, I can do anything! Oh yes, I am 61 years old and have been a regular smoker since age 15 years. I miss my morning "cig" the most....Marlboro 100 Red Label.....can't believe they "turned" on me...oh well, I am happier, healthier and so dang proud of myself!

the biggest thing we need to deal with is the person that smoked not the smokes we don't smoke anymore.

there is a reason we smoked it was not because we thought it was a good thing to do.

if need be go and see someone to talk about the things that are coming up its important to get these things to the surface and deal with them as best we can and that may take some time but we need to deal with why we smoked or we probably smoke again.

so well done and hang in there :)

its not something that gets fixed over night but it can be fixed.
