It is a very difficult phase for me. Just 4 days passed without smoke. I feel good from inside. My one good friend asked me only one question :- "Do you want to give up your life and money just for a 2-3 inch stick. Ever have you thought what will happen to your wife and daughter after you die?" I was like ashamed and full determined and thus not smoking since then and want to be like this till 12 weeks. I read somewhere that after 12 weeks I will never urge for smoke. Fingers crossed and I am feeling more lively. THANKS TO KARAN(MY FRIEND)
