Happy moments in life

Posted in Reasons to quit
schedule 13 May 2016

So today I had the pleasure of seeing my daughter run a cross country with her school great in its self. After her race I picked her up and gave her a giant hug my daughter said you don't stink and my daddy is strong. She also said to not call them cigarettes because you need to not think about them. Wise beyond her tender 6 years. Its moments like these that make me happy and determined to endure to never light up again. The force is strong with my daughter and her daddy Padwan. Its great to be a non stinky daddy for a change. Small steps but giant heart.

Such a wonderful positive story. Keep strong and determined. Well done! Looks as though you have a " quit smoking coach" right at your fingertips.

May the force stay with you.

Thank you for all your kind comments. Day 4 is here and the struggle continues in the Smoking Wars saga. The evil Smoking Empire is doing its best to keep me from reaching my goals with the second hand smoke wafting in from work colleagues. I am reminded by the words of Master Yoda mmm There is no try, just do. And do is what I am going (you guess it do). I am enjoying breathing easier and the taste of freshly ground coffee in the words of my 6 year old OMG! Keep the force strong and the battle can be won.
