This time....

Two days without a smoke and already my chest feels better, not as wheezy and my mouth tastes better. I don't know if this is possible after 2 days but my food and coffee tastes different too.
The first time I tried to quit, many years ago I was smoking Horizon menthol and found it really hard. I was constantly thinking about smokes, the cravings were terrible and I was not a happy person to be around despite using the patches.
This time I am finding it a lot easier and was wondering if it is because I am/was smoking rollies and they have less chemicals in them (I think). Anyway it's only day 2 and have a long way to go yet.
