My reasons to quit

I figure if my kids and extra money wasnt enough to quit for good then nothing was going to work! Ive only been 5 days with no smokes but i know this time i can do this

Yes! You can do it. Our extra money has been absorbed. We no longer scratch for money. Even big things, like my carport ceiling. It blew up in a explosive gust of wind. I found the money to fix it. That was frightening. The sense of financial security I feel, I have never had before.

Penelopejane thats exactly what im aiming for, just a little finacial freedom should something come up.. and as we all know it does happen quite frequently.. thank you for the support, it all helps me move forward

Congratulations on five days. I think I can look back on the past ten weeks and say that day 4 and 14 were the hardest. You've done the first one. Keep up the good fight with determination and patience. Just breathe through it and keep on counting what you have saved. And keep on coming back here. You should pat yourself on the back now.

So ive hit day 15 with only 1 of those days where ive slipped and had a smoke.... it was day 11 and i had a car accident and thought it would calm me down... to my surprise the smoke didnt help and actually didnt taste very nice at all lol. Happy to say that its getting easier and i am wanting a smoke less and less ☺
