Suspected Heart Attack at 30yrs, 6mths, 7days

I had a suspected heart attack on the 19th of October. It really opened my eyes that life is precious! I have 3 young children and I want to be around when they get married and have babies, unlike my mum who died at 49 and missed out on all that.

You poor thing - what a horrible experience. It is a good reason to quit. If you haven't already done so, go and see your doctor, set a quit date and read up as much you can about it. Just reading the stories here on this website will help. Everyone here is cheering you on to quit and to stay quit. All the very best.
