The reason for me stop smoking is i had a heart attack and then less than 24 hours I had strock i was lucky I was in the hospital as there say I would not be here to day. I am one lucky person.

Any reason is a great reason to stop - keep off the smokes when you leave hospital too and hopefully the med's will kill the craving during your stay, that will give you a head start and a few days in the bank..

probably the best reason ever to give up that stinkn habit....good job...keep up the good work...the only person you will cheat if you have 1 is yourself
Good luck with it. It really is achievable. We come here to vent and that helpw - but there really are good times in between times and you will make it if you stay determined. Take it easy and talk about it with us here and on the Quit Line if you need to.
