My reasons for health

Posted in Reasons to quit
schedule 4 Aug 2015

My two year old daughter watches me with beautiful blue eyes that absorb everything in her line of sight. She see's me smoke, and cannot understand why I wont let her near me while I smoke. My health has declined since taking smoking up after quitting for almost 3 years. My chest hurts, I've developed a dreadful cough, and my bank account is dwindling. I don't want this life for me. I don't want it for my daughter. She is my world, and for now, I am hers. I will be a fit, healthy example for her to watch on with pride.

Hi I have two beautiful daughters one is18 and the other one is 7.My mother turns 79 on Monday and my main motivating factor for quitting is I want to be there to guide my beautiful girls and be there for every special moment of their lives as well, just as my mother is for me and her granddaughters. My seven year old loves the fact I have quit and now we have snuggle time instead of a dart break. She loves the fact that I have quit. Go for it. X
