I just think of my loved ones . None of them smoke and they dont like this habit I picked up along the way. So i know that they wouldn't want me to keep smoking so i wont anymore besides im saving myself a packet.
Thats great ! I am just new to this. But feeling positive. and YES I know my children will be more than pleased and proud. and Hopefully in time can get the husband to do same :)
If no one around you smokes,you're halfway there. The first few days are hard....it gets easier. I get terrible cravings a couple of times a days...it passes.
