Bye, bye yellow teeth

Posted in Reasons to quit
schedule 23 Jul 2015

About one month and 3 days ago, I quit smoking. At the time there were many reasons influencing my decision to finally choose a smoke-free lifestyle. I was worried about my health,Now that I've been without tobacco for the past days (35 days, to be exact), I've noticed some changes in the way I'm living. All are positive

1. No more chronic cough

2. Food tastes much better: I don't know if it has something to do with a cleaner mouth, but food simply tastes better. I also find that I use less salt.

3- Bye, bye yellow teeth: every day i brush my teeth may 4 or five times in a day because i am interesting and and i see thaat my teeth getting white day by day without going dentist

Well done Abdiasis-you are right about the changes that you have been experiencing already. Wait and watch as more days go by (without smokes)as it will only get better:) Man, it even helps the sex life, to be honest:) Cheers!
