Wish me luck people, I have tried numerous times before and have failed, I think the longest was around 2 weeks, so I am feeling nervous to say the least. I am 58 years old and I feel disgusted with myself that I still smoke. I now have 3 gorgeous grandchildren whom hate me smoking, my plan is to go cold turkey from this Thursday..

Thanks everyone for the support, Today is day one! I have thrown out all ashtrays and old butts that I use to save for emergencies(I know disgusting). I don't know how to reply personal messages to the ones that have sent me messages, any one know how to do it.. ?
