My Health and Grandaughter's insistense

I injured my rotator cuff which means the last five months I have been unable to play tennis or even walk. Consequently I am very unfit and feeling it. I have noticed I cough some mornings and on occasion I am out of breath. This has never happened before even though I am 65 years. I started smoking 20 a day from age 18.
Also my 10 year old grandaughter is very concerned and keeps asking if I've stopped yet.
I've tried quitting so many times I've lost count. I do know that for me 80% is psychology and the rest is sheer habit and environment. I went bush for 8 days and at the last minute I decided to leave my smokes behind. It's a 3 day walk out from our camp. Short story, no smokes for 8 days and it was easy. I only thought about smoking two times I can remember. that was 10 years ago. As soon as I was out of the bush again I only lasted one day and I was at it again. All I
can remember about quitting since then is 'PAIN'...so I gave up trying until now.
So recently I got to thinking about quitting again. My thoughts over the last 6 weeks have been...with all the technology and internet access there has to be a new way to quit without so much pain.
I was on a personal development site where one of the participants commented about still smoking when he knew it was no good for him. I kept reading this thread and ...lo...someone mentioned 'muzzstop'
I can tell you I was beside myself. I emailed the clinic and they answered all my questions and I'm going to quit the painless way (hopefully) cos I know I can't do this by myself without pain.
I have entered my quit date 20/07/2015. I hope it will be sooner. I will report my results when I've quit and if what they say is true.
Apparently many Kiwi's have visited this clinic so I don't know why I have not heard of this clinic sooner. I will report back.
