I quit because I had breast cancer. I did quit while going through chemo. I was disappointed when I restarted. But I wanted to quit for my children and I want a good job and most jobs wont hire you if you smoke. I did take it slow at quitting along with a different brand but I am on day 12!!! WOO HOO! It can be done cold turkey!!!!!
