I have tried to quit smoking at least 20 times in the last 10 years without success!! but now I really am determined, I really want to buy an investment property, which will never happen if I continue to smoke!! a pack of smokes cost $22, and at 1 pack a day that is $154 a week, which is $8008.00 a year, WT!!!! so if I save all that money in 2 years I could have my deposit, I really want this.

You can quit, it's doable. Embrace the changes that come I know I still do. It's been over two months for me being smoke free all that beginning stuff this was worth it today. Yeah I napped a lot probably ate a bit more, stayed away from certain situations but now I know what a craving does to me and what I do with the crave and not smoking is the end result for me. Don't think it was easy, change is hard. I too like watching how much money I have saved so far by not smoking.

Sam75 the money is only one of the benefits. They are numerous. Now when I pass out side a building where smokers gather I feel sick at the smell and I was a major contributor.
