Reasons....depend on the day you ask me

Its been 90 days since I stopped and to tell you the truth I feel healther, no smokers cough in the morning and I am no longer controlled by the urge to smoke and/or the feeling of hopelessness.
I have tried to quit before but never before have I managed to stay without ciggarette's for more than a couple of hours. I have many reasons to quit but I change the order depending on the circumstances I am in, here are few
* My father wanted my to stop
* My wife loves me and wants me to stop
* My kids don't know I smoke, if anything I will not be the role model smoker at home
* Smoking is not cool!
* Its not too late to stop!!!!!!
* I want to jog 10 km without a break
* Increase self-discipline/mind over matter 😊....more to come.
BTW - Former Smoker for 20 long years
I love your list. I should make one and put it in front of me so i can look at. I really like your #3, I always hid it from my kids (like they couldn't smell it on me), and i too want to be their role model. thanks for sharing.
