Abnormal PAP

So I got an abnormal pap and it was CIN2. Smoking is directly related to progression of cervical cancer. Only when I got diagnosed with job six years ago I refused to quit. Now that it got to this point I knew I had to-my job damage was getting worse. I'm 38 now so it was time. I saw a hypnotherapist and never smoked again. It's been almost 200 days!

There re are a lot of changes that have happened due to my quitting including really bad acne all over my body, panic attacks and anxiety, I gained 10 kg. Heart palpitations, irritability, no tolerance for stupidity as I call it.....but I can also run, my blood pressure is normal, blood rate is perfect (it used to be 110 resting!). It's weird but I feel cleaner from the inside, if that makes sense?

Despite all the issues, I am happier, healthier, and I don't reek of cigarettes. I'm disgusted by the smell. I can't be near smokers and knowing I smelled like that for 25 years makes me want to apologize to everyone I know who put up with it!

Happy quitting everyone!

I am going to give people birthday cards. I will apologise in those.

Well done Poppy. I'm on day 60 and some days are easy and some are tough. Thanks for the inspiration.
