Reasons why I want to quit

I want to quit smoking and I have tried many times to quit. I started when I was in Year 9, 1999 (so approximately 15 year) and now it is 2014 and I am nearly 31 years of age!.
I'm so sick of smoking, it's a routine for me. There are days when I smoke: x1 in the morn, x1 mid morning break, x1 lunch break, x 1 mid arvo break, x 1 before I go home, x 1 after dinner and then x 1 just before I go to bed.
Then there are days where I don't have one all day until I eat my dinner and have x 2 a day.
I just want to stop completely! I'm sick of spending the $$, sick of the smell, sick of not having energy, sick of all the ash that is left in our alfresco area.
I want to save for a car and Europe next year. I want to be healthy.

Hi Vinia if you really want to stop smoking all you have to do is stop smoking is that simple. Good luck!

I don't think it's that simple actually it's very hard for most people its an addiction. Keep trying you will succeed. I tried cold turkey I was do angry all the time lasted two days. Tried patches smoked with them on. Champix has worked for me day 15 non smoker. Never give up you'll succeed it you try and try.
