Smoking is such a stupid boring waste of time that costs you sooooooooooooooo much money, destroys your health, teeth,breath, vision, decreasing your motivation to excercise and be fit and healthy. 

Allan Carr's book "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" is worth a read
