Hi folks, I'm an entertainer full time in pubs, clubs, parties, weddings you name it for over 25 years, and smoking, drinking and gambling are all huge temptations when you are in my line of work, I have smoked since I was a teenager though I have quit for periods of time along the way, it is getting harder to quit each time as I get older (turning 41 tomorrow) (happy birthday to me), last time was 2 years ago I quit for 7 months through the help of champix, and it's champix to the rescue again now, 7 days smoke free! Already feeling the benefits, anyway, wish me luck and good luck to you all, cheers

I wish you all the luck in your quit. You are correct, every time you quit and then start again it gets harder. Just stay determined, that's how I am going to deal with it, in this I am too hoping will be my last quit. NOPE ( Not One Puff Ever)
