Hi Moses, I know how hard it is to quit even when you want to, it is a terrible addiction. I can only tell you from my own experience, but for me champix works! You have to get a prescription from your doctor. Champix isn't for everyone so see what your doctor says. There are many people on this site who have quit using champix, most of us have had some side effects but usually not so bad that we stopped taking it. I am on day 38 smoke free after smoking for 35 years. Find out what is best for you and I wish you all the best!
Hi Moses, I have to say that the stop smoking pills from the doctor (Champix) made all the difference for me this time. I had tried and failed cold turkey, or with patches and gum, too many times. I was scared of failing again so went to see the doctor and asked for some Champix. They worked for me and they are working for my husband.
