Hi Chrissyp

I find I do the opposite. If I have a craving, I try to find something to do. I'm only on day two, but in other attempts it has helped. It needs to be something that makes me talk though. If I'm doing just trying to think then my thoughts inevitably go to smoking, but if I ring someone or start a conversation then I forget all about the craving.

Good luck.

Hiquitting for my kids

Since my ladt posting i have come of the champix as i had a seizure last wednesday while driving with everyone in the car dog included.

I felt my legs go and all my sences were gone i managed to stop the car in the middle of the road safetly, my husband had to get me out and carry me to passenger side.

It has been a week now since that eppisode i havnt had anymore thank god and since had to stop them by hospital advice..

I have lone onto a low dose patch 7mg which does seem to be helping keep any cravings at bay for now.

I am still cutrrently dizzy which the gp says will take some time to get out of my system so no work for another week and definetly no driving.

This champix does work for everyone in different ways so please dont be put of taking it as we are all individuals ive just been the unlucky one.

Goodluck
