Tried so many times but I will keep trying until I become a non smoker.
Hi everyone, I have been trying to quit for so many years.
I started smoking from peer group pressure at the age of 13 and now 27 years later I want out of placing poisons into my body, making myself sick with anxiety, always telling myself I am useless I can't do it.
I have tried gum, medication, lozenges, hypnosis downloaded on IPad and Patches yet I am still puffing away.
So tomorrow I am going to use the patch full strength as I have had more success before with these and try and be positive in my quit.
I usually crumble when some thing happens and I feel bad so that is something I have to learn to deal with and work out ways to deal with these pressures.
I would love to be healthy, happy and have that money to spend on something worth while for myself.
Thank you Nat
read my stories . It can be done . Be positive and strong and you will reap the rewards

Hello! Why not try yoga? One my friend who also wants to quit smoking began to attend yoga clases. So, a month passed and now he doesn't want to smoke at all. I don't know why, it's a miracle. He says that he feels great now and he doesn't want to spoil his health with cigarettes. I hope it can help you too. Good luck
