I have been exercising my willpower. Today I resisted a coke cola and had mineral water with ice instead. I also chose to eat vegetables for lunch instead of cheese and crackers. I had a tomarto, a carrot and half a capsicum. Then I did the dishes. I could have filled my cigarette tin with smokes but my Husband went out and I chose to have none in the house. I did alot of crochet and knitting projects. I took up knitting years ago. I took it up to give me something to do with my hands so I don't smoke. I cloth a very large extended family. I am now down to two smokes on a good day. My willpower needs more excercise. I have been cutting down. I might try a stronger patch.
