Cutting Down
My 7 year old sone has been on at me to quit. A few weeks ago he begged me to stop because he doesn't want his mummy to die! That did it for me, bless his soul. I have started the pre quit patches today. So 2 wks on these to cut down then the big day will be here. I will succeed! I refuse to let this addiction upset my precious little boy.
good for you , i am day 21 now, i did cut down first and found it really helped me, i really hope it works for you, the first week was awfull but i made it through, you can do it , dont let it control you anymore, now you can take control, you wont believe just how free you feel once you make the first step and stay strong, i feel awsome and proud, but its very hard, good luck mate
