I'm on champix and had my quit date set for the 14th, however my son just nearly busted me smoking (he doesn't know). I was so ashamed. So that's it, tomorrow is quit day!

you can quit anytime you like champix is only there as an aid to help you to quit you have to want to quit as well stay strong and all the best.

Thanks everyone. Day two has gone without a hitch. I have stayed pretty busy, but mainly when I think of it, I immediately think how gross it is! I get quite nauseous thinking about it, so I'm not sure if that is the champix or not, or just my mind!
