I have tried to quit numerous times before. I have heard about all the medications and patches. Coming into 2014 I was thinking about quitting, then on Saturday last week I had a smoke and didn't like it then tried a second one and still didn't like it. I woke up on Sunday morning and decided that was it no more smoking. I'm doing it cold turkey it has now been 6 days, body and mind have been through a lot but I'm determined to do it for myself and my partner.

cold turkey is the way to go i am 167 days smoke-free i am doing cold turkey well the easiest way to quit is never put another cigarette in your mouth well all the best and goodluck.
