Had Enough After 45 Years

My parents and children have been hassling me to quit. I have thought about it but made no effort. I dislike my slavery to nicotine as it intrudes on so many parts of my life.  This week I was short of money and when I went to the supermarket the cartons has gone up $15! Thats enough! this is my 2nd biggest expense per week. I can't afford throwing so much money down the drain anymore. I have read Alan Carrs book via audio file and bought some self-hypnosis CDs. These give me messages to say to myself during the hard withdrawl times.
