I am wanting to quit smoking so i am able to try and start a family with my husband. I have had two miscarriages and quit smoking as soon as i found out i was pregnant but started smoking again after each miscarriage

just give the fags away talk to your doctor about ways to quit there are alot of methods to use but you have to want to quit well all the best and good luck.

Give it a go & if it doesn't work try again, keep trying until you succeed, there is lots of support just make the first step. Good Luck
