The day I'm 30
I'm joining the gym. Through work I can get a corporate membership which is much cheaper although I'm saving so much money now I don't smoke. I turn 30 next August and I want to be the most healthiest and fittest I've ever been. I want to start my 30s on a high. I have 10 months, 40 weeks to make my life change to wake up on my birthday and look in the mirror and know I've made it. I have a wish list and this is it: - a new smile I want to get my teeth fixed and cleaned and whitened - I want to lose 15-20 kilos because I'm that over weight and this is how much I need to lose to be healthy - I want to run to the top of the biggest mountain in my town- I want to do a community fun run and run the whole way- I want buy a canoe and canoe our local river from beginning and end (2 days) my hubby and son already do this- I want to buy another house with the money I save not smoking and start building up our portfolio - I want to move out of town to live a more simple life These might not all happen but my hopes are that when I wake up on my 30th birthday I love the person I am.

Wow. Great to see you are able to move past and improve on your smoking life. I too would and need to lose weight but one step at a time, have to beat the dreaded cig gives. And I will.
Hi Nic Succeed how have you been going with the whole process? I like to stay positive, you could call me a bit OCD when I get my mind on something I won't stop till its done.
