my quitting contract
my son and i drew up a contract to quit and i have signed it, promising him and myself that i will not smoke again.

Take the journey on I have just reached 2 weeks smoke free after smoking for 30+ yrs and I done it for my kid's money and health kids are happy, wallet looks better and my health is way better and will only get even better so if I can do it you can also. ALL THE BEST
yeah do it for you son if you set your mind to it you can do anything i quit cold turkey and am now 89 days smoke-free well all the best and stay strong.
Awesome job!! Just prepare for the journey ahead and remember the important reasons for quitting. I'll always remember one of the anti smoking adverts where they show someone with some disease and they say "Quitting is hard... Not quitting is even harder". Good luck!!
