Day 2 of my non smoker status. I am on patches and am finding them great i have only had a few urges yesterday when i got home from work and then today at work but i sat and worked and ate rice crakers. I worried about weight gain as i do have a bit of extra weight already but Hey not smoking and putting on 5 kilos is so much better for my health, right?
