I can't beleive how much I have noticed how much I can smell cigarette smoke on people who enter my office and think that that is how I used to smell!!

I know isn't the smell horrible and to think I was completely oblivious to that all those years. It is certainly an eye opener when you quit smoking. Well done and keep it up .

I am on day 4 and I now can't believe how bad we use to smell, no wonder my husband use to say "you smell like an ashtry" .. I never believed him, but actually we do! YUCK! So glad I can cuddle up with him now and he not complain about the smell!
