HELP MEEE!!

hey people

i am 23 and i have been smoking for past 2 years. i smoke around 8 ciggaretes a day and i need to get rid of it. i am not in such condition that i need medication just that i dont have willpower to do it.

any kind of help or suggestion will be appreciated..

It's a smelly , expensive habit that's bad for us. When u feel like a smoke, put it off for 15 mins, have a drink of water or have a peppermint. Good luck!

Good choice, to quit. Moreover is right ignore it and drink something, brush the teeth helps because your mouth is fresh and clean then, why dirty it with smoke!!! that helps me... keep posting here like to hear you progress. Reading posts here when you get a craving can help too ... it motivates you and learn alot. good luck

Hi stay on here I've never been able to give up but try to come on as much as possible especially when craving as its a great distraction or read the stories from those who have died on www.whyquit.com. Look forward to your posts.

The longer you smoke the harder it will get for you, get rid of them now.

Hi Hamen, have you considered limiting the amount of ciggies you smoke a day? Perhaps only have 6 per day for a week, then 4 etc.. or maybe even cut down on the mg so eventually you don't need to smoke? Will power will definitely help you but you need to want to quit that's the hard part. Good luck though & keep us posted :)

try quit x patches they have worked for me in the pass.also if u drink try and stay away from it for a few weeks.
