Family reasons

My daughter is nearing 16 and she detests the smell of MY smoking, at that age I had already started my habit and I thank God she takes after my wife and doesn't smoke.I am about to be a father again with  twin boys and at the age of 42 I want them to grow up knowing their father, walk my daughter down to her future husband and hopefully meet my grandchildren. At the rate I am going I don't think I will make it if I proceed in smoking. I have just set my quit day and going to buy pre quit patches today. I know why I want to quit I just need my brain to follow suit. I have read some of your stories and look forward to writing similar conquest and I'm sure my low days as well.
