I will Quit
I am John, Age-30yrs, Smoking from-14Years, It's high time and I have decided to quit all forms of smoking today. I smoked some really potent weed last night, mixed with some tobacco and felt like my body was shrinking. I had Hepatitis last month and am still recovering from it. Doctor's have advised to stay away from oily, alcohol & meat. If I don't quit now, I will never be able to feel better in my life. My life is totally off track. Standing beside you John as you walk this foreign track..stay strong .. not smoking cigs has got to be easier than having hepatitis and hallucinating.. sounds like you need to revamp and quit the alcohol and make dietary changes too .. all the best John..

We all have had some problems in our past and I am sure a lot of us have even dabbled in the weed and stuff but you need to move forward and get ahead of the rest of us with the no smoking. Stick to reading all the posts daily as these posts encourage you more. Sometimes you think you are the worst of them all and at times you will think otherwise.
I tend to get on these daily to see what is new and enjoy reading all. To some I can't reply because I don't know what to say, but I want to assure you all that I read all the posts and it keeps me going too.

Thanks Princess and goonellabah2000 but I don't have strong will power. I am going to quit from today. Its the medical conditions which makes me realize that I need to come out of it again. I dont know what to say: I will quit for sure this time. Thanks to you guys for motivating.
