my children get upset when I smoke

Well its time, I havent had a smoke for a day and a half.  My husband has been smoke free for 8 mths now realistically its not far that I still smoke around him.  My children hate me smoking they see the pictures on the packets and don't want that to be me.  My mother died of cancer in 2006 and my husband, myself and my kids looked after her until she passed that was a traumatic experience and they, I suppose don't want to see that happen to me which I can understand.  I will do it, my hardest thing is just going to be breaking my routine a bit,
