I am quitting because I have anxiety and have panic attacks. Most of the time I think I'm sick because I worry so much. Because I do smoke my chances are higher then other people's of getting sick. This fact makes my anxiety worse and my panic attacks unbearable. I do not want to make this worse or a permanent thing hence why I'm getting the monkey of my back for good.

I too get panic attacks and anxiety. I Take Executive stress ( vitamin B ) everyday, I think this just takes the edge off, Relaxation is a priority, so long hot baths, candles and me time help as well.
You gotta do whatever you have too to get through all this.
Smoking is a negative and there are only positives to gain from giving up.
Just remember to give yourself- an outta, something relaxing to reward yourself after each smokefree day.
You can do this,we all can !
